Q. Can I book my tickets at the ARC office?
A. Yes, you definitely can. However, ensure you book in advance, so that your ticket is confirmed. ARC Buses may run full during peak seasons and festivals and may not be available if you decide to book on the date of travel.
Q. What are the various ways in which I can book my ticket?
A. ARC tickets are available from any ARC travel outlets. You can also choose to book your tickets through authorised travel agents. Perhaps the easiest way to book your ticket is the e-ticketing facility on this site!
Q. How can I pay online?
The site is facilitated to process Visa and Master cards. However, all tickets booked at outlets have to be paid for in cash. No cheque payments are accepted.
Q. Is there a booking fee?
No, there is no extra booking fee for your tickets if you do so online.
Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No, we do not offer that facility at the moment.
Q. Can I cancel my ticket online?
Yes, you certainly can. Check the menu buttons on the home page to guide you.
Q. What do I do if I miss my bus?
If you miss your bus and have not cancelled your ticket, you stand to lose the amount. However, if you have cancelled your ticket prior to departure, then the amount minus the cancellation charges will be refunded to you. For details on how much you will lose on your cancellation prior to departure, check the link titled “Cancel tickets.”
Q. How soon can I make an advance booking?
For some destinations, you can book up to 3 months in advance, from the date of journey. However, for some destinations, we enable only booking for 1 month in advance. The time is clearly displayed on the links as you book your ticket.
Q. How can I receive my tickets?
There are two ways:
If you are booking online, you can get an e-ticket printed out. WIth this, an eTicket copy will be sent to your mail Id.
If you are unable to print, note down your ticket number (displayed on confirmation of your ticket) and get your duplicate ticket from the ARC ticket counter.
